Terms of Service

These terms describe how bookings, event services, and responsibilities are handled when you work with Lotus Decor Studio.

1. Agreement

By booking services with Lotus Decor Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service and any quote, invoice, or proposal approved for your event.

2. Booking, Deposits, and Payments

  • Dates are not reserved until the required deposit is received.
  • Remaining balances must be paid by the due date listed on your invoice.
  • Late payments may result in delayed service or cancellation of booking.
  • Additional services requested after approval may require a revised quote.

3. Changes, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

  • All changes must be requested in writing.
  • Rescheduling is subject to calendar availability.
  • Deposits are generally non-refundable once design planning begins.
  • Last-minute changes may include rush or re-stocking fees.

4. Setup Access and Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide timely venue access for installation and takedown windows.
  • Clients are responsible for accurate event details, including addresses and venue restrictions.
  • Clients are responsible for any required venue permits or approvals unless otherwise agreed.

5. Rentals, Loss, and Damage

Any rented decor, furniture, or styling items remain the property of Lotus Decor Studio unless explicitly sold to the client. Clients may be charged for missing, stolen, or damaged rental items.

6. Photo and Content Use

Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may photograph completed setups for portfolio, website, and social content.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or service limitations caused by venue restrictions, weather, third-party vendor issues, or other events outside our reasonable control.

8. Force Majeure

If extraordinary events occur (for example severe weather, emergencies, or government restrictions), both parties agree to work in good faith to reschedule or reasonably adjust service delivery.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Locus Decor Studio primarily operates, unless otherwise stated in a signed service agreement.
